Terrafugia’s Transition Flying Car

MIT graduates have designed what seems to be world’s first truly practical flying car. The vehicle can transform between car and plane within 30 seconds, can be filled up at any gas station, and be parked in your home garage.  The fact that the vehicle uses premium car gasoline rather than aviation fuel makes the vehicle much more environmentally friendly as well. The car plane will be available for purchase in 2012.
